5 Female Celebrities Uncovered.



Here are five beautiful Ghanaians celebrities and a thing or two about them that you probably did not know.




5. JESSICA OPARE SAFORO.
We all know her to be the host of 'Traffic Avenue' on Citi FM and as a host of an entertainment show on Viasat 1 but Jessica OS as she's  known by many is more than that. She doubles as a Dj and manager at Citi.
She is also the CEO and  executive director of 'The Voice Ova Company', an organisation that produces commercial voice overs and  train people in that field. She is what most people describe, "The Voice Of MTN" Her voice is the first thing you hear when dial the MTN call center number.
She has bagged over 10 awards over the years and her massive weight loss somewhere last year earned her a contract as the brand ambassador of Ez Slim.




4. NOELLA WIYAALA.
This amazing Afro-pop singer/songwriter hails from one of the poorest regions in Ghana but has shot herself  to fame and won the hearts of many all over the world with her talent and hard work.
She took her first lessons from her mother, a choir singer in a local church in the Upper West region of Ghana and started her stage performance at age 5. She has never looked back since.
With her physique and stature, it will come as a surprise to very few people that Noella was once a footballer who played the midfield position.
Wiyaala won two awards at the maiden edition of the All Africa Music Awards in 2014.
She was adjudged The Most Promising Artiste In Africa as well as The Revelation Of The African Continent.




3. JANE AWINDOR.
She is all over the place, isn't she? Majority know her as Efya, some know her as Miss Jane while others refer to her as Miss Gingam.
Her music genres include Neo Soul, pop and Jazz. This wonderful songstress is also a songwriter and an actress. Infact, she went to NAFTI Film School and graduated from the University Of Ghana with a degree in theatre arts.
Aside bringing out the best in a lot of people with her long list of talents, one thing that catches the eye is her native name: Jane Fara Fauzzier Afia Boafowaa Yahaya Awindor. Yeah,  that's right!




2. PRISCILLA OPOKU AGYEMAN.
Ahoɔfɛ Patri (Beautiful Patricia) as she is known by many is a household name in the Ghanaian entertainment industry.  She was a Miss Malaika finalist in 2011.
After landing lead roles in 'Kalybos In China', 'Amakye And Dede' as well as other hit tv commercials, the beautiful actress earned a spot in New tv series, 'Cocoa Brown' as the main character. Lite Gh can confidently predict that Patri will break into Hollywood with ease if she should step up her acting  skills a bit higher as her bold natural looks separate her from the lot.

One thing our readers might not know about Priscilla is that she does not have a relationship with her biological father who is alive and kicking and does not intend on establishing one in this lifetime.

"I am turning 25 in two weeks. I can't build a relationship with him now. What is he going to teach me? He does not even call me" She said on Starr FM in March this year.

The actress was brought up by her mom and grandmother with her father playing no role at all.




1. KALSOUME SINARE. This evergreen actress and philanthropist has been in the movie industry for over two decades. The first movie she featured in, "Out Of Sight" dates as far back as 1993. A lot of people still remember her as "Babina" for her role in the movie of the same name.
The mother of three is married  to Ex Ghanaian footballer, Tony Baffoe who has been a pillar in her life and career.

Kalsoume Sinare  was the runner up of the Miss Ghana 1989 beauty pageant. With that she represented Ghana internationally and won the 'Miss Model Of Africa' pageant the same year.
She says she feels really comfortable on set with upcoming actors and actresses because the likes of Fred Amugi and Maame Dokono provided her with such comfort in her early days.
