Tragedy At Wedding Reception As Bridegroom's Brother Dies.
All merry-making were cut short at The Church Of Pentecost, Pankrono in the Ashanti region of Ghana as Benjamin Ennin collapsed to the ground and died at his brother's wedding reception.
No one saw this coming as smartly dressed Benjamin hitherto, was ecstatic as he briskly went up and down, exchanging plesantries with the invited guests.
The happiness that was in the air at this once in a lifetime occasion suddenly turned into wailing as family and friends cried uncontrollably at the demise of their beloved.
Collins and Grace Ennin, the newly wed couple could not also hide their emotions as death had ruined a day that was supposed to be the happiest in their lifetime.
Earlier reports suggested that it was the groom who had passed away but that is not the case.
Presiding elder of The Church Of Pentecost, Pankrono branch, Elder Jonas Worae told a "Daily Guide" reporter that the guests tried to save the late Benjamin Ennin by rushing him to the Trinity Hospital in Pankrono where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Elder Worae further urged people to brush off the news circulating various social media platforms that it was rather the groom who had passed away.
