US EMBASSY CONGRATULATES GASMILA.
The US Embassy Ghana has congratulated Ghanaian hiplife artist Odartei Milla Lamptey, popularly known as Gasmila for winning the Music For Development Award at this year's Ghana Music Awards.
The embassy posted this on its twitter handle along with a picture of the "Telemo" hit crooner receiving a dummy check on stage during the award ceremony last Saturday at the conference center.
" Congratulations @Gasmillawins , Winner of the Music for Development Award!"
This comes as a big boost to the thirty-one year old musician who rose to fame after dropping his first hit single, "Aboodatoi" in 2010.
He is a product of Wesley Grammar School located in Dansoman.
