GH Urban Gospel On A Different Level

The music scene in Ghana is experiencing a massive facelift and is being recognized the more globally thanks to hardworking artistes who most often than not, fund their careers all the way to the top with little or no support.

Take urban gospel for instance, artistes have to hustle on their own, from studio sessions to photo/video shoots and promotion.
The business world does not consider church related music lucrative, a view which is twisted and  incorrect. The ministries of Joe Mettle, Preachers, Kingzkid and a few others is a testimony.

Despite these backlashes, a few acts are poised on pushing the genre to new heights and one of these acts is Andywealth Asare.
You probably have heard little of him up until this moment but it is for a reason. A good one.

As a singer/songwriter Andy is the kind of guy who makes sure everything he churns out is without blemish. He is the "follow excellence and success will chase you pants down" kind of guy.
It is a trait that separates him from the lot and with his mentality, attitude and unique work ethics, time is the only factor between him and the limelight.

His soon to be released album under the Andywealth Music label will soon hit the market but before then, the dynamic musician is set to release a single titled Liberation on which he features rising urban gospel rapper Kobby Diamond.

If you have listened to Radioactive by Imagine Dragons then you have a fair idea of Liberation, if not, then  get ready to be blown away. It is arguably the first electronic/alternative rock urban gospel tune by a Ghanaian artiste. The soulful and powerful vocals which happens to be Andy's signature, combined with Kobby Diamonds crafted rhymes and hot punches will make you want to put the song on repeat.
It is urban gospel on a different level!

Liberation is set to be unleashed on May 25th, 2017. Save the date!
