Rapspiration 2017 Slated For September 23rd

Christ for Youth International, CYI have confirmed 23rd September as the date for their annual event, Rapspiration.

The yearly event which brings together Christian rappers from far and near to preach the gospel through songs and other creative forms promises to be an entertaining, yet spirit filled experience for both artistes and patrons.

Lite Gh, your entertainment and inspiration hub caught up with one of the executives/organisers for more scope into the program and this is what he had to say;

"We are trying to abolish the 'Christianity is boring' notion by giving the youth the platform to use their energies and talents to edify rather than leaving them to party and get wasted. We are also very much aware of the fact that our young ones can make a career out of what seem a hobby and thereby give them the platform to hone on their talents.
The good news is that you don’t have to be affiliated to a certain church in order to attend. No matter who you are, just come and have fun in the presence of the Lord."
He revealed.




He also added that the door is open to urban gospel artistes, dancers, spoken word acts among others to register for free and exhibit their talents in a Godly fashion come 23rd September 2017. Sponsorships and partnerships will also be warmly embraced.

Christ for Youth International is a non-denominational Christian youth movement with wings across the country made up of vibrant and energetic young seekers of Christ.
Its was founded by Pastor Roderick Agyekum a few years ago and has since experienced tremendous growth.
