Lions roar, birds chirp, the rich go to church with fat envelopes, choirs sing and and urban gospel acts such as Mr Blessn jump on an afrobeat with rap verses supported by melodious hooks to make their feelings known to the creator.

Mr Blessn's new tune, "Nyame    Ay3 Bi" needs no description. You've got to listen to know what I'm talking about.
The rapper/singer who happens to be one of the pioneers of urban gospel in the Eastern region gave what his fans have longed for, an afrobeat song unlike any of his previous songs and It's just wonderful. Mr Blessn does not cease to amaze.




Real name Gideon Ahiaye Blessing, Mr Blessn was one of the few guys to introduce urban gospel into the Eastern regional capital and when asked how it was back then, this is what he had to say;

"It was hard at first to get people to appreciate the genre because the church had seen nothing like it before  but as you can see, it is the order of the day" He told our reporter.

He has indeed been a blessing.
